Shower me daily with genuine love and care.

Please don't believe a make believe version of me.

See me for who I am and what I aim to be.

Acknowledge the agony forced upon me.

Know that while I ache in pain in moments unnamed--I still breath strength and desire.

How dare anyone try to diminish my growing fire.

Not again, will my light go out.

Not again will deception sprout.

I stand tall & I stand firm.

I could care less if it makes you squirm.
